Further Exploits of a Read Along Addict

As my long-time readers will know, I am a sucker for a good Read Along as witnessed by my post Confessions of a Read Along Addict.

All has been quiet on the Read Along front for quite a time now, but then I saw nrlymrtl’s invitation on Dab of Darkness to read the WHOLE of Robert Jordan’s A Wheel of Time as a Read Along and I simply could not resist signing up . . . by the way, we start this week, with the first posts due on Sunday!

Then Carl at Stainless Steel Droppings announced that he is hosting a reading of Anne McCaffrey’s Dragonflight to start his Science Fiction Experience 2013 event and also Andrea’s Vintage Science Fiction Month at the Little Red Reviewer. I read this book for the first time twenty-something years ago, but I loved the world of Pern, and I always wanted to have my own dragon, I had no option but to sign up for that as well . . . wish me luck!
